Felicidades a Señora Ebner

Last Thursday, Lake Catholic High School in Mentor, Ohio announced that my mom was being inducted into their Hall of Excellence. She is the most humble person you will ever meet, so she is very embarrassed about this. But I honestly can't think of a more deserving person. She devoted her entire career to the school, touched thousands of lives, and made it a much better place because she was there. I can't go even a few weeks without someone mentioning to me how much they loved my mom as a teacher.

She grew up in Willowick and attended Lake Catholic herself. During a video they taped for an upcoming Gala, they asked me if "Jeanne the Mom" was different than "Jeanne the teacher." I said no - but Jeanne the Grandma definitely is! I love you Mom and I'm very proud to be your son.
