Into 2023

2023 is a big year for me - I'm turning 40. It's pretty mind-blowing for me considering I have a newborn, yet when my parents turned 40 I was already 16 and drove to their party! I've got to commit to my fitness routine, and add in stretching and healthier eating. I can't be an old man when John turns like 10!
