Kids are not Negotiating Tools!

There's nothing worse than attorneys who tell you that they are going to file for full custody as a "negotiating tool." Like it or not, you cannot take away the emotional element out of custody/visitation cases, and one attorney's "strategy" can wreak havoc on a child's emotions. At my firm, I understand the human element and will never use that strategy.
