The Anxious Generation

I started off reading this book by Jonathan Haidt because I was interested in the ramifications of smart phones and social media on my own children, but I quickly realized there's a ton of information and studies that I can use in my role as a Guardian ad Litem. I really recommend this book to all parents - very eye opening
